Job Description

Full-Time Insurance Support Specialist Creative Financial Insurance Service Agency, Inc.

About the Opportunity:

Highly organized administrative professional to handle sales support, customer service and data entry in a fast paced, full-service health and life insurance agency. Performs administrative and office support activities for multiple agents. Duties may include enrollment verification, data entry, word processing, claims research, and supporting office manager as needed. Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office, strong research and problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills are required. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines is required. Prior experience with health insurance and/or agency support preferred. Experience with FormFire a plus. Hourly rate negotiable based on experience, benefits available.

Qualifications:

• An active Life, Health & Accident Insurance License (Preferred)

• A reliable vehicle and valid Driver's License

• Clean background check

• Driver's License (Required)
